How quickly do you respond to messages?
Most messages receive a reply within 1–2 business days, often sooner. We do our best to get you taken care of fast.
What information should I include when asking about a bowstring?
Please tell us your bow brand and model. If it’s a compound bow, include the year as well—this helps us look up the exact specs you need. If we have any questions at all, we'll contact you.
Can I visit your shop in person?
Yes! We’re a family-run shop located at 48 Stewart Lane, Moorcroft, WY. Stop by for a cup of coffee and a visit; We'd be happy to show you around.
Do you install bowstrings or tune bows?
Absolutely. We offer string installation, bow tuning, and accessory setup. If you’d like to schedule a service, just reach out or check out our Pro Services page.
I’d like to get my bow tuned, but I don’t live locally. How do I get my bow to you for service?
We make it easy! Just contact us to schedule your service, and we’ll arrange packaging and delivery so you can safely send your bow to us for tuning. Once the work is complete, we’ll ship it right back to you—dialed in and ready to shoot. No fuss, just personalized service.
What if I have a question about my order?
No problem—send us your order number and any details you have. We’ll check on the status and get right back to you.
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely - we love custom setups! Whether it’s a unique color combo or a certain string length, we’re happy to work with you on custom builds. We'll contact you directly if any customization is not recommended.
